Dedicated Project Manager
- A dedicated Project Manager will be with your from start to finish. A single point of contact that will be onsite for the day of the move to make sure we deliver on our promises.
Move Prep & Planning Meetings
- The Project Manager can attend all of your move preparation meetings at no additional cost. You don’t have to have a PcDisconnect manager there, but you should - We’ve moved thousands of times and can offer insight to the whole experience. Most importantly it gives us a good idea of your move expectations, time tables and deadlines.

- Our disconnect and reconnect crews are the best in the business hands down. Many have certifications from Microsoft, Cisco amongst a host of others. You can rest assured that everything from a kvm switch to a bloomberg terminal will be connected correctly.
Post Move Helpdesk
- PcDisconnect is the only company that offers a free post move helpdesk service. The Post Move Help Desk service enables your employees to use our own help desk system to submit tickets that are related to the relocation. Mouse on the wrong side, perhaps the end user prefers the tower on the floor; either way your help desk doesn’t need to worry.
